Insurance & Fees

The client will be expected to pay for each session at the time it is held. For insurance plans, the provider’s standard fee is $300 for the first session (initial session) and $250 (individual and family) for all subsequent sessions. Self-pay sessions using Accelerated Resolution Therapy are $150 per session. Initial self-pay sessions are $150 per session. All other self-pay sessions are $150 per session. Cash, money orders, PayPal, or personal checks are acceptable payment forms. Returned checks will be charged a $50 fee. 

In circumstances of unusual financial hardship, it may possible to negotiate a fee adjustment or payment installment plan.  

If you miss your scheduled therapy appointment without giving at least 24 hours advance notice, you will be required to pay $100 for the session missed.
